Process of Photo editing:
Step no 1:
Begin by launching a photo editing application or software of your choice but I suggest you open PicsArt app if you are using mobile and if you are using PC or Laptop then I suggest you Open Adobe photoshop.

Step no 2:
Open your simple picture which picture you want to edit. if you do not have any picture then capture your picture just like this picture.

Launch your photo in any photo editing software or in app then remove your picture's background. I suggest you remove Picture's background in Photoroom app because it will remove your picture's background accurately. After Background remove save your picture into your Gallery.

Open this pictures as background image in Picsart or in other photo editing software then add blur or bokeh effect.
